No more need to switch between campaign and prospect screens! You can now add/remove prospects to a list, verify emails and view campaign details via the prospect details view in all screens!
You can now add prospects to an unlimited number of lists and view conversion stats! This enables you to organise prospects into finer-grain groups where you can follow up at a later date.
You can add prospects to lists from the prospect table, you can filter them in the campaign table too, or view them from the prospect -> list tab on the main title bar.
Once connected you can import a list of prospects into Go-Outreach and add them to a campaign. Two way sync back to HubSpot is coming soon! Connect directly to HubSpot
You can now see an overview of a prospects history in the prospect details panel. This will give you a clear view of what stage a prospect is at and when they will enter the next sequence stage.
You can now respond directly to a prospect in Go-Outreach. All emails sent or received to a prospect are shown in the In and Sent box. Pending emails to be sent as part as a sequence are shown in the Outbox.
Email signatures with images and rich text formatting ✍️
Email account can now have a signature per sending account, you can upload images and add formatted text. You can insert a signature into a message using the snippet {{ signature }}
Stats per sequence step 🧮 with details prospect breakdown 🧑
Each campaign now has stats displayed in the sequence editor per step. You can CLICK on the relevant pill, such as prospect responded to email, and see all the prospects in this step.
Specify advanced sending controls for natural sending patterns 📨
You can now specify, on a per email slot level, the MAX number of emails to send per day and the default time range between emails.
These settings will take affect across all campaigns the email slot is used in. Even if you use the same email slot in TWO campaigns the settings will still be adhered to.
We recommend MORE email slots and LESS sending per account to stay out of SPAM. For instance, sending 200 outbound messages a day with 5 different email slots over 2/3 domains is far better than sending 200 from ONE single slot.
Before connecting with a prospect you can now check the email address you have for them is valid. You can do this using debounce.io pricing starts from $10 per 5k verified addresses.
To get started sign up with debounce and enter your API key in the Email Validation menu. Then when creating a campaign select activate email validation and select the level of sending risk you want, we recommend Safe and Risky for the bets balance of deliverability and email health safety.
