Global email and domain blacklist 🏴

To comply with no-contact requests you can now set global email and domain blacklists within Go-Outreach.

Any emails or domains you have entered here won't be sent to. This is on a per-workspace level. Enter one email/domain per line. 

Enter any domains or emails via the Blacklist tab in workspace settings.
